Message from Chris Middleton
Managing Director of eskimosoup
Dear friend,
We have always been a people business and strive to enable our clients to ‘get to know us’ for what we really are. We pride ourselves on being an ethically sound, down to earth, easy to get on with, and professional team of people.
When T Media and eskimosoup merged on 1st April 2008, both companies (we thought) had different clients and market positions, however we soon realised the reality was that both T Media and eskimosoup clients were very similar.
Our clients enjoy the experience of working with us, and have good standards of ethics through having the welfare and interest of their customers at heart.
In light of this, we would like to announce that from 1st November 2009, we will be consolidating both brands, under the identity of eskimosoup from this point forward.
The merger has allowed eskimosoup’s big thinking goal orientated approach to be delivered by a dedicated team of incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful people, which has gone onto strengthen the brand.
Through our “rewarding marketing” ethos, we aim to further develop specialisms in health, mental health, regeneration, and job creation. Internally our internal initiatives on employee wellbeing, celebrating individual achievements, and profit share scheme, all contribute to the strong performance of our people.
In this sense, T Media will continue to exist in spirit, but no longer as a marketed brand. We will continue to deliver databases, customer management tools and content managed websites, however all client facing communications will move over to eskimosoup.
We wish to reassure all clients that there will no disruption to service (we are still the same team), no changes to accounts procedures (we are still the same company), and we will continue to offer biscuits and fruit when you come to us for a meeting (we still like biscuits and fruit!)
Our challenge is to continue to communicate the technical effectiveness of eskimosoup without the technically led T Media brand, so standby for an updated website.
Finally, I would like to thank our clients and associates for their time and understanding throughout this transition. We very much look forward to continuing working with you toward a bright and rewarding future.
